What Are Courses, Learning Paths and Webinars?
Our Interactive Academy
TurnUp Academy provides access to courses, learning paths, and webinars designed to help you expand your knowledge of TurnUp. Training content is assigned by the Customer Experience (CX) team and tailored to your role, responsibilities, and learning needs.
What Are Courses?
Courses are individual training programs that focus on a specific topic within TurnUp.
Examples:
- Managing waiting lists
- Managing last-minute appointments
- No-show management
- Managing practice settings
- Reporting and analytics
You can complete a course independently and at your own pace.
What Are Learning Paths?
A learning path consists of multiple courses organized in a logical sequence.
Learning paths are often used:
- During onboarding
- For new team members
- For practice managers
- For additional training on specific TurnUp modules
This helps guide you through the most relevant courses in the correct order.
Attending Webinars
In addition to courses, TurnUp Academy also offers webinars covering various TurnUp modules and new features.
Through the Academy, you can:
- View available webinars
- Register for upcoming sessions
- Watch recordings of previous webinars (when available)
New webinars are regularly added whenever new features, updates, or best practices become available.
