Having Trouble Receiving Reminders?
Am Not Receiving TurnUp Reminders or Notifications
Are you not receiving SMS messages, emails, or push notifications from TurnUp? Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check Your Contact Details
Make sure your mobile phone number and email address are correctly registered with your healthcare practice. If you are unsure, please contact the practice.
Step 2: Check Your Spam Folder
Emails from TurnUp may occasionally end up in your spam or junk folder. Add notifications@turnup.be to your contacts or safe sender list to prevent this.
Step 3: Check Your SMS Settings
Review your smartphone settings to ensure that SMS messages can be received and that messages from sender 8810 are not blocked.
Step 4: Check the TurnUp App
Open the TurnUp app, go to your profile, and verify that push notifications are enabled.

Please contact your healthcare practice. They can verify whether you are correctly registered for TurnUp notifications and whether your contact details are accurate.
