A client is linked to the wrong service provider.

Patients Are Not Being Correctly Linked to a Practitioner

When patients are not being correctly linked to a practitioner, it is usually because the relevant practitioner or healthcare provider has not been registered as an employee in TurnUp.

⚠️ It is essential that all employees used within TurnUp are registered in app.turnup.be.

How do you add an employee?

Go to Settings → Organization → Add Employee and follow the steps to create a new employee.

Using an active PMS synchronization?

If you cannot find the employee, first check the inactive employees list.

  • If the employee appears in the inactive list, reactivate them and assign a license through the active employees overview.
  • If the employee cannot be found, please contact our support team through the support form on our website.

⚠️ Important: When PMS synchronization is active, never manually add a practitioner in TurnUp. Practitioners are automatically synchronized from your PMS system.

💡 Note: Reception and administrative staff should always be added separately in TurnUp.
