[Patients](https://helpdesk.turnup.world/fr/cabinet/liste-dattente-patients?hsLang=fr#patients) 12 juin 2026 # Le client n'est pas associé au bon prestataire. ## Les patients ne sont pas correctement associés à un praticien Si les patients ne sont pas correctement associés à un praticien, cela signifie généralement que le praticien ou le prestataire de soins concerné n'est pas enregistré comme employé dans TurnUp. ⚠️ **Il est essentiel que tous les employés utilisés dans TurnUp soient enregistrés sur app.turnup.be.** #### Comment ajouter un employé ? Accédez à **Paramètres → Organisation → Ajouter un employé** et suivez les étapes pour créer un nouvel employé. #### Utilisez-vous une synchronisation PMS active ? Si vous ne trouvez pas l'employé, vérifiez d'abord la liste des **employés inactifs**. - Si l'employé figure dans cette liste, réactivez-le et attribuez-lui une licence via l'aperçu des employés actifs. - Si vous ne le trouvez pas, contactez notre équipe de support via le formulaire de support disponible sur notre site web. ⚠️ **Important :** Lorsqu'une synchronisation PMS est active, n'ajoutez jamais vous-même un praticien dans TurnUp.
