Through Which Channels Does TurnUp Contact Patients?

TurnUp contacts patients through multiple communication channels to maximize the chances of a quick response.

📱 SMS

Every patient with a registered mobile phone number automatically receives an SMS. This is TurnUp's primary communication channel.

📧 Email

If the patient's email address is available, an email is sent at the same time. Patients who have both a mobile number and an email address are therefore contacted through both channels.

📲 TurnUp App

Patients who have installed the TurnUp app also receive a push notification. This is the fastest communication channel and is especially effective for filling last-minute appointments.

💡 Tip: The more contact details a patient has available (mobile number, email address, and app), the higher the chance that an open appointment slot will be filled quickly.
