TurnUp processes this information solely on behalf of the practice and in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
How Do I Submit a Deletion Request?Option 1: Through Your Healthcare Practice (Recommended)
Contact the healthcare practice where you are registered as a patient.
They can process your request and initiate the necessary steps to remove your data from TurnUp.

- You will receive confirmation once your request has been processed.
⚠️ Once your data has been removed:
- You will no longer be able to use the TurnUp app.
- You will no longer receive notifications from TurnUp.
- You will lose access to your personal data and history within TurnUp.
