Who Is Responsible for Your Data?

The healthcare practice where you are a patient is responsible for the processing of your personal data.

TurnUp processes this information solely on behalf of the practice and in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

How Do I Submit a Deletion Request?

Option 1: Through Your Healthcare Practice (Recommended)

Contact the healthcare practice where you are registered as a patient.

They can process your request and initiate the necessary steps to remove your data from TurnUp.

Option 2: Through TurnUp

You may also contact TurnUp directly via:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your mobile phone number
  • The name of your healthcare practice
  • A clear request for data deletion
What Happens Next?
  • Your request will be handled within the applicable legal timeframe.
  • We may contact you if additional verification is required.
  • You will receive confirmation once your request has been processed.

⚠️ Once your data has been removed:

  • You will no longer be able to use the TurnUp app.
  • You will no longer receive notifications from TurnUp.
  • You will lose access to your personal data and history within TurnUp.
