# Why was the last-minute appointment no longer available?

## Did you click on a last-minute appointment, but found that it's no longer available?

This is usually due to one of the following reasons:

- **Another patient confirmed faster.**  
  Last-minute appointments are automatically assigned to the patient who confirms first.
- **The practice cancelled the appointment.**  
  Sometimes the dental practice decides not to offer the last-minute appointment after all.

👉 **In both cases, your original appointment remains unchanged** and no action is required from you.
