TurnUp is a smart web application used by dental practices to efficiently manage their waiting lists, offer last-minute appointments, reduce no-shows, and send appointment reminders. For you as a patient, this means **greater flexibility and shorter waiting times**. When a slot becomes available unexpectedly, for example due to a cancellation, you get the chance to **see your dentist sooner**. ### ⚙️ How does it work? If you are on a practice’s waiting list, you will automatically receive a notification via **email, SMS, or the TurnUp World app** as soon as a last-minute appointment becomes available. Does the proposed time work for you and would you like to move your appointment forward? You can **confirm easily in just a few clicks**. You can also receive **reminders for your scheduled appointments**, so you don’t forget them. ### 🎛️ You always stay in control TurnUp is **completely optional**. You decide whether to respond to an invitation and can **unsubscribe from the waiting list at any time**. In that case, you will no longer receive last-minute notifications.
