When your practice starts using TurnUp World, you will receive a message via the **practice’s trusted email address**. This way, you can be sure that the communication is **safe and recognizable**. In this first message, the practice will explain: - what TurnUp World is and how it works, - what benefits it offers for you as a patient, - how you will receive notifications and reminders, - where to go if you have questions or need support. Everything is clearly explained so that you can participate in the new system **with confidence**. **Tip:** Once available for your practice, you can also manage notifications and keep track of your appointments via the **TurnUp World app**.
