# Can I contact a dental practice via TurnUp?

## TurnUp helps you manage appointments, receive reminders, and get treated sooner via the waiting list. TurnUp is not a communication tool for urgent medical issues, such as tooth pain.

### ❓ Can I contact my practice via TurnUp?

No.  
You **cannot contact your dentist or practice directly** through TurnUp.

TurnUp is used for:

- appointment reminders
- confirming or cancelling appointments
- invitations for an earlier appointment via the waiting list

### 🦷 What should I do if I have tooth pain?

If you have pain, an urgent problem, or a question about your appointment,  
always **contact your dental practice directly**, for example by:

- phone
- email

This allows the practice to properly assess your situation and help you as quickly as possible.

### ℹ️ Important to remember

- TurnUp is **not a chat or contact channel** with your practice
- In case of tooth pain or emergencies: **always contact your practice directly**
- TurnUp supports **appointment management only**
