Controleer dan regelmatig of alle locaties correct zijn ingesteld. Een correcte configuratie zorgt ervoor dat patiënten de juiste praktijkinformatie zien en dat afspraken, behandelaars en communicatie aan de juiste locatie gekoppeld worden. #### 1. Controleer de praktijknaam Ga naar **Instellingen → Organisatie → Bedrijfsgegevens**. Controleer of de praktijknaam overeenkomt met de naam die patiënten zien in de TurnUp-app. ⚠️ Wijkt de naam af? Pas deze aan en neem indien nodig contact op met support. #### 2. Controleer de locatie van elke behandelaar Ga naar **Instellingen → Werknemers**. Controleer voor elke behandelaar of de juiste locatie geselecteerd is. Een behandelaar die aan een verkeerde locatie gekoppeld staat, kan: - Niet zichtbaar zijn binnen de juiste agenda. - Aan de verkeerde locatie worden weergegeven. - Problemen veroorzaken bij afspraken en communicatie. #### 3. Controleer de synchronisatie van agenda's Controleer in je PMS-systeem of de agenda's van de betreffende locatie actief gekoppeld zijn. #### Veelvoorkomende controle Vergelijk regelmatig: - De praktijknaam in TurnUp. - De praktijknaam in je PMS-systeem. - De praktijknaam die patiënten zien in de TurnUp-app. Deze namen moeten overeenkomen om verwarring bij patiënten te vermijden. #### Hulp nodig?
