Certains utilisateurs rencontrent un problème lors de l’inscription dans l’application TurnUp : il est impossible de passer à l’étape suivante. Le bouton peut être **invisible ou affiché en dehors de l’écran**. 👉 Il s’agit d’un **bug d’affichage** qui peut apparaître sur des **versions plus anciennes d’Android ou d’iOS**. ### Quelle est la solution ? Vous pouvez généralement résoudre ce problème facilement via les paramètres de votre appareil : 1. Ouvrez les **paramètres** de votre smartphone 2. Allez dans **« Écran »** ou **« Affichage »** 3. Réduisez la **taille d’affichage ou le niveau de zoom** (parfois appelé *échelle d’affichage* ou *taille d’affichage*) 4.
