[Liste d'attente & dernière minute](https://helpdesk.turnup.world/fr/patient/liste-dattente-derni%C3%A8re-minute?hsLang=fr) 13 janvier 2026 # Mon rendez-vous reste-t-il valable si je suis ajouté(e) à la liste d’attente ? ## Certains patients reçoivent un e-mail indiquant qu’ils ont été ajoutés à la liste d’attente et se demandent si leur rendez-vous initial reste valable. **Votre rendez-vous existant reste valable tel qu’il a été planifié à l’origine.** Être ajouté(e) à la liste d’attente signifie simplement que vous **pourriez avoir la possibilité d’être pris(e) en charge plus tôt**. Cela ne signifie en aucun cas que votre rendez-vous est annulé ou supprimé. #### Comment cela fonctionne-t-il ? - Vous êtes ajouté(e) à la liste d’attente tout en conservant votre rendez-vous existant. - Si un créneau plus tôt et adapté se libère, TurnUp vous invitera automatiquement pour ce rendez-vous. - Vous décidez vous-même d’accepter ou non ce rendez-vous avancé.
