Lorsque votre cabinet commence à utiliser TurnUp World, vous recevez un message via **l’adresse e-mail habituelle du cabinet**. Vous avez ainsi la certitude que la communication est **sécurisée et reconnaissable**. Dans ce premier message, le cabinet explique : - ce qu’est TurnUp World et comment cela fonctionne, - les avantages pour vous en tant que patient, - la manière dont vous recevrez les notifications et rappels, - où vous adresser en cas de questions ou de besoin d’assistance.
