# Créer un Last-Minute dans Dentally
## Laissez TurnUp inviter automatiquement les bons patients
Créer un Last-Minute via Dentally est facile et puissant. Voici comment cela fonctionne :
### ✅ Comment ça marche ?
1. Cliquez sur un **créneau vide** dans l’agenda **du praticien**
2. Sélectionnez le **“Patient TurnUp”** (créé lors de la première synchronisation)
3. Choisissez le traitement approprié - ceci est obligatoire dans Dentally:
1. Sélectionnez le traitement exact afin d’inviter **des patients sur la base d’un traitement spécifique en combinaison avec une durée**
2. Sélectionnez **« Other » pour créer un créneau de dernière minute basé uniquement sur la durée, sans traitement spécifique.**
> 🔁 Lors de l’enregistrement :
- Le rendez-vous est créé dans Dentally
- TurnUp reçoit une notification via webhook
- Si le patient est le “TurnUp Patient”, cela est reconnu comme un Last-Minute
### 📩 Et ensuite ?
TurnUp tente de créer un Last-Minute et d’inviter les **patients de la liste d’attente** qui :
- Ont le même praticien
- Le même traitement / Duration sans une specific traitement
- Une durée compatible avec le créneau
### ❌ Aucun patient éligible ?
- Le rendez-vous est **automatiquement supprimé** de Dentally
- La clinique reçoit un **email d’explication**
- Contenant le nom du praticien, la date et le traitement
### ✅ Last-Minute créé avec succès ?
- Les patients reçoivent des invitations (email/app/sms)
- Le bloc reste visible dans Dentally jusqu’à confirmation
- La clinique reçoit un email de confirmation
