Vous pouvez par exemple l’utiliser pour partager un **formulaire à compléter**, mais aussi pour transmettre des **conditions générales ou des informations pratiques** à lire avant le rendez-vous. Cela permet aux patients d’être mieux préparés et réduit le travail à l’accueil. ### ⚙️ Comment configurer ces emails dynamiques ? Suivez ces étapes pour ajouter une section formulaire à vos emails de rappel : 1. Allez dans **Paramètres → Communication → Mail** 2. Ajustez le style (optionnel) : - Mettre le texte en **gras** - Afficher ou masquer le **bouton** - Choisir une **couleur pour le bouton et le titre** 5. Personnalisez le contenu : - Modifiez le **texte du message** - Définissez le **texte du bouton** - Configurez cela par langue (EN, NL, FR, DE) - Un aperçu par langue est visible à droite 6.
