Where can I find all sent communication?
The Communication page is the overview of every message your practice sends to patients: reminders, waitlist invitations and last-minute invitations, all in one place.
Every message your practice sends is here, in one place: searchable by patient, filterable by type, channel and status. No more digging through appointments or patient cards — one page with the full picture.
📍 Where to find the Communication page
- Go to the TurnUp application.
- Click Communication in the menu.
- You'll immediately see every sent and scheduled message, newest first.
🔍 Finding a patient quickly
Use the search bar at the top: you can search by name, phone number or email address (at least 3 characters). This shows you the full communication history for that one patient in a single view.
🧰 Filtering on what you're looking for
Each row on this page is one message. At the top of the list you'll find several filters, which you can combine freely:
- Channel: email, SMS, or app message.
- When: the period in which the message was sent.
- Source: the type of message — for example a reminder (high or low risk), a waitlist invitation, or a last-minute invitation.
- Delivery: where the message stands in its sending process (sent, delivered, failed, etc.).
- Result: how the patient responded to the message. This is about the patient: did they confirm, cancel, or actually take the last-minute slot? A message can perfectly well show Delivered while the result is still empty — the patient simply hasn't responded yet.
- View: choose which columns you see in the table.
🔎 Checking the communication timeline
Click a row to open it and see the full course of that one message: when it was sent, when the patient opened it, and whether and when they responded. That's your proof in a discussion: you show not just that something was sent, but whether the patient actually saw it.

🚀 What's in it for you
- You answer "has this patient already received this?" in seconds, without having to search anywhere else.
- You spot failed messages (Failed, Expired) right away, so you can call the patient yourself instead of waiting for them to call you.
- If a patient complains about a missed reminder, you have the proof right there: sent, delivered, opened, or not.
