This communication is largely automatic, but it depends on an SMS credit linked to your practice. #### What happens when SMS credit runs out? - No reminders or notifications will be sent via SMS - Communication will continue only via email or the TurnUp app (if active) - You will receive an automatic notification — it is important to read and check this #### What can you do? Contact the TurnUp support team.
