How Long Does the Onboarding Process Take?
Our goal is to complete every onboarding process within 30 days.
What does the onboarding process look like?
1. Kick-off Meeting
We discuss your current situation, expectations, and planning, and prepare the implementation.
2. Technical Integration
TurnUp is connected to your PMS system to ensure proper data synchronization.
3. Configuration
We configure your waiting list, practitioners, users, and practice settings according to your needs.
4. Go-Live Training
During a short training session, we guide reception staff and other users through the TurnUp platform.
5. Go Live!
Your practice is ready to start using TurnUp and automatically fill last-minute appointment slots.
What do we need from you?
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, we ask for:
- Access to your PMS system or the contact details of your IT partner.
- Availability for a kick-off meeting and a short training session.
- An existing patient list to help launch your waiting list (optional but recommended).
