A faster, smarter, and more personalized experience for every patient. Below you’ll discover what’s new and how it benefits both your practice and your patients. ### **New login & account management** - Each user now has a personal account with email and password login. - Verification happens via a unique (TOTP) code sent by email or SMS. - Once registered, users can log in on any smartphone without repeating the onboarding process. ### **Guest mode** - The app is also accessible without an account. - Users can explore how TurnUp works and see which practices are connected. ### **Redesigned interface** - Modern UX with calm colors, smooth transitions, and an optional avatar. - Intuitive navigation for a seamless experience. - Built with new technology for maximum speed and ease of use. ### **In-app notifications & pop-ups** - Appointment reminders appear directly in the app. - Clickable notifications take users straight to the right page (e.g., to confirm). - Pop-ups instantly notify patients of new last-minute slots. ### **Waiting list per appointment** - Users can register for the waiting list per appointment. - When a time slot becomes available, they automatically receive a notification. - This increases the likelihood of quickly filling cancellations. ###  **AskTurnUp – Built-in AI chat** - New AI assistant integrated into the app, easy to use via chat. - In this phase, users can: - View their appointments - Cancel appointments - Accessible, fast, and natural thanks to conversational design. ### **Smart & action-driven notifications** - Users can: - Click through to a new last-minute slot - Confirm through reminders -
