Can I Retake a Course?
Restarting a Course or Learning Path
Would you like to complete a course again? No problem.
This can be useful:
- As a refresher
- For new employees
- After updates to a TurnUp module
- When new functionality is introduced
In most cases, you can restart training directly within TurnUp Academy:
- Visit the Catalog to reopen available courses.
- Open your assigned Learning Path to go through the training again.
If you are unable to restart a course or no longer have access, please contact:
- Your Customer Success Manager
- The Customer Experience (CX) team
- Support via support@turnup.be
If necessary, we can reset your progress so you can complete the training again.
