Can I Retake a Course?

Restarting a Course or Learning Path

Would you like to complete a course again? No problem.

This can be useful:

  • As a refresher
  • For new employees
  • After updates to a TurnUp module
  • When new functionality is introduced
Restart It Yourself

In most cases, you can restart training directly within TurnUp Academy:

  • Visit the Catalog to reopen available courses.
  • Open your assigned Learning Path to go through the training again.

If you are unable to restart a course or no longer have access, please contact:

  • Support via support@turnup.be

If necessary, we can reset your progress so you can complete the training again.
