When a patient cancels their appointment via TurnUp, the system will **automatically try to create a new last-minute** for other patients on the waitlist. ### 🔁 What is synced - The cancelled appointment is also cancelled in Dentally - If eligible patients are found: - A **new last-minute** is created - It’s synced to Dentally - Invites are sent out automatically - If **no** patients match: - No last-minute is created - The clinic will receive a notification ### 📧 Email notifications **1.
