[TurnUp World x Exquise NextGen](https://helpdesk.turnup.world/en/practice/integration-synchronization?hsLang=en#turnup-world-x-exquise-nextgen) January 27, 2026 # Add patient to Waitlist (Match Doctor) ## Automatically assign the patient to the correct practitioner’s waitlist This feature reads the patient’s appointment data from Exquise Next Generation to determine which doctor or dentist they are scheduled with. Based on that, the patient is added only to that specific practitioner’s waitlist, ensuring they receive notifications for last-minute openings with the correct doctor. ### ✅ How to use this feature 1. **Ensure Exquise NG is active** - The integration only works if Exquise is running and you're logged in. 2. **Open the patient’s appointment in Exquise** - Make sure the following details are visible: - Name - Date of Birth - Phone number - Email - Appointment info (right-hand side) ![](https://storage.googleapis.com/whale-media/54908292-26b9-40e2-9b99-4509b9fd4e03/uploaded-files/1762163326278.png) ![](https://storage.googleapis.com/whale-media/54908292-26b9-40e2-9b99-4509b9fd4e03/uploaded-files/1762163374938.png) ![](https://storage.googleapis.com/whale-media/54908292-26b9-40e2-9b99-4509b9fd4e03/uploaded-files/1762163350292.png) 3. **Add to waitlist** - Left-click the TurnUp icon in your system tray. - Select **“Toevoegen aan wachtlijst (match arts)”** from the menu. ![](https://storage.googleapis.com/whale-media/54908292-26b9-40e2-9b99-4509b9fd4e03/uploaded-files/1762162881626.png) 4. **What happens next?** - The TurnUp icon will start spinning, indicating the app is processing your request. - After a few seconds: - ✅ *Success:* A popup confirms the patient was added to the waitlist.
