Who Has Access to TurnUp Academy?
Not Every Team Member Automatically Has Access
Access to TurnUp Academy is managed by the Customer Experience (CX) team.
Depending on a user's role within the practice, different courses, learning paths, and webinars may be assigned.
Access may be granted:
- During onboarding
- Following a workshop or training session
- When new features are released
- For additional training and continuous learning
- For new employees joining the practice
