Not Every Team Member Automatically Has Access

Access to TurnUp Academy is managed by the Customer Experience (CX) team.

Depending on a user's role within the practice, different courses, learning paths, and webinars may be assigned.

Access may be granted:

• During onboarding
• Following a workshop or training session
• When new features are released
• For additional training and continuous learning
• For new employees joining the practice
