# How can I unsubscribe from the waiting list?

## Do you no longer wish to remain on the waiting list and stop receiving last-minute notifications?

### Unsubscribing after a notification

Have you received a notification about an available appointment or about being added to the waiting list?  
You can **unsubscribe immediately via the link in the email or SMS** you received.

### Unsubscribing from the waiting list in advance

Would you prefer to unsubscribe **in advance**, before an appointment is offered?  
You can do so in several ways:

- Send an email to **info@turnup.be**
- Complete the **contact form** on our website under *Contact*
- **Contact the practice directly** where you are on the waiting list
- Or unsubscribe **quickly and easily via the TurnUp World app**
