# Unable to Log In to the TurnUp App

## Having trouble signing in? 

#### Having trouble signing in? Follow these steps

Can't log in to the TurnUp app? In most cases, the issue can be resolved quickly.

💡 **Important:** TurnUp does not use traditional passwords. You sign in using a verification code sent to you by SMS.

**Check Your Mobile Number**

TurnUp uses your mobile phone number as your identifier.

Make sure you are using the mobile number registered with your healthcare practice.

⚠️ If you use a different number, you may not be able to log in or receive a verification code.

**Not Receiving the Verification SMS?**

If you have not received the SMS:

- Wait up to 2 minutes.
- Check that you have mobile network coverage.
- Verify that you entered the correct mobile number.
- Request a new verification code.

**Unable to Create an Account?**

If you cannot create an account:

- Verify that your mobile number is correctly registered with your healthcare practice.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Delete and reinstall the app.

**Can't See Your Practice?**

Are you logged in but unable to find your practice?
