Unable to Log In to the TurnUp App

Having trouble signing in? Follow these steps

Can't log in to the TurnUp app? In most cases, the issue can be resolved quickly.

💡 Important: TurnUp does not use traditional passwords. You sign in using a verification code sent to you by SMS.

Check Your Mobile Number

TurnUp uses your mobile phone number as your identifier.

Make sure you are using the mobile number registered with your healthcare practice.

⚠️ If you use a different number, you may not be able to log in or receive a verification code.

Not Receiving the Verification SMS?

If you have not received the SMS:

  • Wait up to 2 minutes.
  • Check that you have mobile network coverage.
  • Verify that you entered the correct mobile number.
  • Request a new verification code.
Unable to Create an Account?

If you cannot create an account:

  • Verify that your mobile number is correctly registered with your healthcare practice.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Delete and reinstall the app.
